Leaving No One Behind in the 2030 Agenda

Leaving no one behind is the core principle of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development, representing the commitment of all UN member states to eradicate poverty, terminate exclusion and discrimination as well as reduce inequalities – all being obstacles to the realisation of human rights for all.

In this context, we assist in identifying groups that have been left behind, such as the LGBT+ community, human rights defenders, indigenous peoples, and others.

We also assist in providing data to highlight the challenges and issues faced by the specific groups. We publish reports providing analysis of the challenges that these groups face, as well as guidance for the implementation of relevant human rights standards and recommendations addressed to governments, civil society, national human rights institutions, and other stakeholders on how to leave no one behind.
