This report describes the major human rights issues with tech-giants and human rights with a particular focus on:
- Freedom of expression, including the gray zones that currently exist concerning protection of freedom of expression on digital platforms.
- The right to privacy and the protection of personal data, including the collection and commercial use of the information by the platforms.
- Effective enforcement of rights.
