The most important impact in Denmark of the Convention on the Rights of the Child

The UN Convention on the Rights of the Child has had a noticable, positive impact on the development of children's rights in Denmark.

It is 30 years since the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child was adopted. Since then, the convention has taken root in Danish society to such an extent that children's rights are rooted in legislation, case law, institutions and the public debate.
