SinceSeptember 2014, the research department of the Danish Institute for Human Rights has convened a seminar series on the European Charter of Fundamental Rights and its application by the European Court of Justice and the Member States, notably Denmark.
The seminar series is conducted in cooperation with Europa-Huset and the Danish Association for European Law. The presentations given as part of the series are expected to be included in a book. More information on the seminars can be found in our calendar on our Danish website.
