When algorithms discriminate: Risk of discrimination in public use of algorithmic profiling models

The public use of algorithms in case handling have a potential risk of leading to discrimination. The Danish Institute of Human Rights has examined the potential human rights dilemmas that can arise when the public sector uses algorithmic profiling models.
