Ethnic profiling

Ethnic minorities are more often than ethnic Danes charged in cases that end in dismissal or acquittal. This is shown by the Department of Human Rights' comprehensive report on ethnic profiling.

In the report 'Ethnic profiling', the Department of Human Rights examines the relationship between charges and decisions by ethnicity. The conclusion is that accusations of ethnic minorities are more likely to either be dropped or end in acquittal than it is for accusations of ethnic minorities

The report is also available in danish here
