Consent-based rape legislation in Greenland is a human rights advance

Greenland's politicians are currently discussing a proposal to introduce one rape provision in the Greenland Criminal Code based on a requirement of consent. The Department of Human Rights assesses together with the Greenland Council for Human Rights and the Greenland Gender Equality Council, that a consent-based Rape legislation in Greenland will be a human rights advance.
