Issue No. 2 - December 2008

The Danish Institute for Human Rights (DIHR) would like to welcome you to the second edition of Human Rights Plus. This newsletter, which is published three times a year, aims to provide donors, partners and other groups interested in human rights, with a regular overview of DIHR’s international activities and publications. It also allows subscribers easy access to DIHR’s online research and information database via links to the DIHR website. Like its predecessor, this second edition of Human Rights Plus covers a wide range of international human rights topics, including articles on China after the Olympics, the workings of the new ECOWAS Court in Africa, and a plea by a DIHR terrorist expert to legislators not to restrict human rights in their quest to eliminate terrorism.
